Where is the teaching kitchen located and where should I park?
Our teaching kitchen is located on the first floor of Spokane Community College's Main Building 1, 1810 N. Greene St. Park on the southwest or south side of the building and enter through the southwest doors or main doors that face directly south. A welcome sign will have directions to the classroom.
Parking is free after 5 p.m.

Can I suggest a class I want to take at INCA After Dark?
Please do...send your class ideas to incaafterdark@scc.spokane.edu .We welcome your ideas!

How should I dress for a class?
Casual dress is fine, closed toed shoes are a MUST
 and we provide aprons.

Can children attend classes?
Yes, if a child is 12 or older they may attend. Registration is required by both youth and adult plus a release of liability/assumption of risks waiver.

Do I need prior cooking experience to attend INCA After Dark?
No previous experience is required. Classes are interactive and hands-on...if you would rather watch, at first, just say so...we are glad you're attending to learn.

Are all supplies provided for the classes?
Yes, all food supplies and equipment are provided!

Will I get to take home the recipes that we create in class?
Yes! INCA After Dark students are given created recipes to take home.

Can I register over the phone?
Yes! Call Noncredit Registration at 509-279-6030 or 1-800-248-5644, Ext. 6030.

Can I register several people at one time for the same class?
Yes, but ONLY by calling

Can I buy a gift certificate for a friend?
Gift Certificates are now available for INCA After Dark  courses through the Cashiers office on the SCC campus, building #15. You can purchase directly at the cashier window or by phone with credit or debit card by calling 509-533-7025. Purchases made over the phone will be mailed to you.

CCS is not responsible for lost gift certificates.
